NANS JCC Oyo Hails Governor Makinde Over Appointment of Victor Olojede as SA Students

NANS JCC Oyo – The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Joint Campus Committee (JCC), Oyo State has hailed the decision of the State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde on the appointment of the Victor Olojede as Special Assistant on Students Affairs.

In a statement made available to our correspondence, the Chairman, NANS JJC Oyo, Comrade Asubiojo Olujuwon thanked the Governor for putting a round peg in a round hole.

Asubiojo said “The leadership of National Association of Nigerian Students(NANS) Oyo State wishes to express our utmost satisfaction on the appointment of a seasoned comrade and friend of the Student Community -Hon. Victor Olojede, as Special Assistant on Student Matters.

“The news of the appointment of Hon. Victor Olojede has thrown the entire students in the state into wild jubilation as we are confident that with his level of relationship with the community, experience in the field of struggle, vast exposure and proven administrative prowess – he is eminently capable of managing the complexity of the Students Community in Oyo State.

“NANS, Oyo State congratulates Hon. Victor and assure him of our readiness to work with his office in pursuit and defence of the interest of all students in the Pacesetter State.

“We thank Engr. Seyi Makinde for putting a round peg in a round hole by giving this highly cerebral comrade the opportunity to serve in this capacity.”

We wish him successful stay in office and register our assurance and support without compromising the trust Nigerian students have in us.
