A Magistrate’s Court in Milimani, a settlement in Kenya’s Coast Province was thrown into a state of hilarity and shock on Thursday when a lady who is jointly standing trial with her boyfriend for theft, revealed that her mother is pressurising her to leave her accomplice boyfriend because he has a small penis.
According to Tuko.co.ke report, Cynthia Cherop, a student of Moi University was jointly charged with her boyfriend Josephat Ng’ang’a upon an allegation that they stole KSh 70,000 on Monday, June 4, using ATM cards belonging to Milka Sitati, Cynthia’s mother.
Milka Sitati who happens to be a procurement officer at Independent Boundaries and Electoral Commission (IEBC) apparently reported the matter to the police, leading to the prosecution of the two young lovebirds.
Cynthia told the court presided over by Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi that her mother had brought the case against her and the boyfriend by way of intimidating them to break up their relationship because she has always objected to it, citing Josephat’s shortness and a small penis.
he said: “My mother disliked my boyfriend and had vowed to do everything to ensure we break up that is why she brought me to court. She said my boyfriend was a short Kikuyu man with a small ‘kanyamu’ (manhood) and that she was ready to get me another strong boyfriend.”
She explained that despite her mother’s alleged hatred for her boyfriend, he is the suitable man for her.
However, the court remanded Cynthia for seven days and ordered that a probation report is produced on her while in remand.
Meanwhile, Ng’ang’a was reportedly released on a cash bail of 30,000 after he denied the charges levelled against him.
Before announcing the decision of the court, Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi asked Milka Sitati to respond to the claim of intimidation levelled against her by Cynthia.
