The leadership of National Association of Nigerian Students ably led by the Global President of NANS, Comr. Danielson Bamidele Akpan, GCNS, earlier this morning secured the release of the remaining two students in police custody at the Ekiti State Police Command.
Ogunlana Olabisi, 200 Level Electrical Electronics and Adeniji Oluwasegun of the Department of Agric Education were earlier billed for arraignment this morning but were eventually released unconditionally due to the legitimate demand made by NANS.
Other students arrested by the police after the murderous act have volunteered to identify the officers who extorted them to the tune of twenty thousand Naira each for bail.
The Global President of NANS, Comrade Danielson Bamidele Akpan, GCNS on behalf of #FUOYESUG also demanded for and secured the release of the Student Union bus which was vandalized by men of @PoliceNG.
It was agreed that the vandalised FUOYESUG bus would be speedily fixed and handed over to the President of the SUG of FUOYE.
