The Management of Federal University Lafia (FULafia) on July 27, 2018, issued its pioneer first class graduates with employment letters.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Muhammad Sanusi Liman, represented by the Registrar, Dr. Abubakar Mamuda, congratulated the recipients, urging them to be good ambassadors of the university.

Saying that the University was known for keeping its promises, he welcomed the newly employed members of staff to the university to be dedicated to their duty.

He reminded them that their academic excellence fetched them their employment, calling on them to work very hard for the success of the University.

Speaking, the Bursar of FULafia, Dr Steve Uvara, advised students to emulate the example of the newly employed graduate assistants by excelling in their academic pursuit.

The recipients were:
1. Williams Yaji: First class in Economics and overall best graduating student of the pioneer set and National President, FULafia Alumni Association (FULAA).
2. Sheyi Clement Adediwura: First class and best graduating student in Physics.
3. Abdullaziz Glabe Zakari: First class and best graduating student in Mathematics.
4. Mercy Udokang Jerry: First class and best graduating student in English and Modern Languages.
5. Bashir Eya Sani: First class and best graduating student in Microbiology
6. Ibrahim Abdullahi Saleh: First class in Mathematics
7. Solomon John Akoji: 2nd Class Upper in Sociology and best graduating physically challenge the student.
